摘要
目的:对输卵管源性不孕症诊断中超声造影的应用价值进行探讨。方法:将37例输卵管源性不孕症患者作为研究对象,对其超声造影检查的过程与结果进行回顾,分析诊断结果。结果:37例患者检查都顺利完成,明显不良反应没有出现,以腹腔镜通染液检查结果为"金标准",超声造影对输卵管通畅、通而不畅、不通诊断的准确率分别是97.4%、93.0%、90.0%。结论:在输卵管源性不孕症诊断中,超声造影有较高准确率,可选用。
Objective To infertility contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of tubal source sex application value were discussed.Methods 37 cases of tubal source sex infertility patients as the research object, the process and results of the ultrasonic imaging examination review, analysis of diagnosis.Inspection results 37 patients were successfully completed, obvious adverse reactions did not appear, for laparoscopic through dyeing test results as the ／＂gold standard／＂, ultrasound imaging no diagnosis of tubal patency, jammed the accuracy is 97.4%, 93.0% and 97.4% respectively.Conclusion In the diagnosis of tubal source sex infertility, contrast-enhanced ultrasound has high accuracy, can be used.
