摘要
1997~ 2 0 0 0年连续 3年 ,利用陕西小麦白粉病菌模拟病圃混合菌系 ,对陕西等省新育成的 2 80份小麦育种材料进行了苗期与成株期抗病性鉴定 ,筛选出对小麦白粉病菌高抗~免疫的育种亲本材料 1 2份 ,其中高抗材料 2份为鉴 4 4和鉴 4 7;免疫材料 1 0份为鉴 1 9、鉴 2 0、鉴 4 0、鉴 4 1、鉴 4 6、鉴 4 9、88( 60 5) -1 -5-1 -2 -2 -1、保丰 94 -66、贵农 2 9和秦 81 2 0 -2 3 -5-1 8。这些材料表现稳定 。
During 1997 to 2000, the disease resistance of 280 wheat materials to powdery mildew were identified at seedling and adult plant stages in a disease nursery in Yangling where the pathogen of wheat powdery mildew ( Erysiphe graminis f. sp. tritici ) could not oversummer naturally. The results showed that 12 materials of the 280 ones were high resistant to powdery mildew. Among them, 2 high resistant materials were Jian 44 and Jian 47 and 10 immunity materials were Jian 19, Jian 20, Jian 40, Jian 41, Jian 46, Jian 49, 88(605) 1 5 1 2 2 1, Baofeng 94 66, Guinong 29 and Qin8120 23 5 18. High resistance and immunity of the 12 materials showed their stability of disease resistance. So they could be applied in wheat breeding for resistance to powdery mildew.
