若干小麦抗白粉病品系的有效抗病基因的测定 被引量:19

摘要 采用具有不同毒性基因的白粉菌菌株进行苗期接种,通过与已知抗病基因材料抗谱的相似性比较,对17个抗白粉病育种品系的有效抗病基因进行了分析,其中3个阿拉拉特小麦(T.araraticum)杂种后代品系、4个V.P.M系统的杂种后代品系及另外1个杂交组合的后代品系含主效抗病基因Pm2;4个具有V.P.M或C39血缘的品系及另外1个品系含主效抗病基因Pm4b;1个品系含Pm2+6;2个普通小麦-黑麦6D/6R代换系的抗谱相似,且不同于所有已知抗病基因材料;此外,含Pm21的普通小麦-簇毛麦6AL/6VS易位系对所有供试菌株免疫。 The effective resistance genes of 17 wheat breeding lines are identified by comparing their resistance spectra with those of lines with known resistance genes, after inoculation with wheat powdery mildew isolates carrying different virulence genes. Three lines derived from T. ararticum, four lines derived from V. P. M and one other line have Pm2. Four lines derived from V. P. M or C39 and one other line have Pm4b. One line has Pm2 + 6. The spectra of two wheat-rye substitution lines (6D/6R) are similar but different from those of the lines with known resistance genes. The wheat-Haynaldia translocation line (6 AL/6 VS) is immune to all isolates used in this paper.
