摘要
1993~1994年,自河北省收集154个小麦白粉菌株,接种在15个已知抗白粉病基因小麦品种及近等基因系上。结果表明,V1、V3a、V3b、V3c、V5、V6、V7、V8、V1+2+9毒性基因出现频率最高,均在96%以上;V17出现频率次之,为51.9%;V2、V4a、V2+6再次之,出现频率分别是25.3%、26.8%和9.1%;出现频率最低的是V4b,仅3.9%。在毒性基因组合中,出现频率最高的是V1+V3a+V3b+V3c+V5+V6+V7、V8+V1+2+9,达98.1%,其次是V2+V2+6、V2+V4a、V4a+V2+6、V4a+V4b、V2+V4b、V2+V4a+V4b,出现频率分别为3.1%、2.5%、1.8%、1.8%、1.2%、1.2%,再次是V4b+V2+6、V2+V4a+V4b、V2+V4a+V4b+V2+6,出现频率均为0.6%,这说明含有相应抗病基因的品种是高度抗病的,能将其相应的抗病基因重组在一起,对抗白粉病是有效的。
In 1994 and 1995,154 strains of Erysiphe graminis f. sp. tritici colected from Hebei Province were inoculated on 15 wheat cultivars and isolines with known powdery mildew resistance monogenes. The virulence gene frequencies of V1,V3a,V3b,V3c,V5,V6,V7 and V8 appeared very high (more than 96%), followed by V17(51.9%), the virulence gene frequencies of V2 and V4awere 25.3% and 20.8%, respectively, and those of V4b were low (less than 3.9%).Virulence gene combinations frequencies of V1+V3a+V3b+V3c+V5+V6+V7+V8 and V1+V2+V9 appeared very high (90%-98%). The virulence gene combination frequencies of V2+V4a,V2+V4b,V2+V6,V4a+V17,V4a+V4b,V2+V4a+V6,V2+V4b+V6 were low(less than 2.6%), it showed that cultivars with corresponding resistance gene combinations would be highly resistant.
