摘要 当前,教师教育培养模式改革面临许多新问题、新情况,尤其是教育理论与实践脱节的问题十分突出。高师院校明显滞后的师范生培养模式应让位于"为了基础教育、针对基础教育、在基础教育中"的"实践型"教师教育培养模式,可通过分段教学策略提高师范生的教学实践能力,增强其工作适应性、知识拓展性、技能应用性,满足基础教育课程改革的需要。 At present, the reform of teachers education training mode is facing with many new problems and new situations, especially the disjointed problem of education theory and practice. Currently, the ob- viously-lag teachers training mode of normal universities should step down to the practical-style teachers e- ducation training mode which is oriented for the fundamental education. On the other hand, by using the strategy of teaching by stages, normal university students can improve their practical ability of teaching, enhance their professional aptitude, expand their knowledge, improve their skill of applying ability and meet the needs of the reform of basic education curriculum.
