摘要
某公司采用"一级混凝沉淀-水解酸化-A/O法-二级混凝沉淀"工艺处理印染废水,工程日常运行结果表明,在废水主要指标CODCr为660~690 mg/L、色度为1 200倍时,处理后出水CODCr为70~90 mg/L,色度为28~35倍,CODCr的去除率为86%~89%,色度的去除率约为97%。废水处理系统综合电耗0.8 kW·h/t污水,废水处理总运行费用2.2元/t污水,具有较好的技术经济指标。
The process of the first coagulation sedimentation/hydrolysis acidification/Anoxic/Oxic System/the second coagulation sedimentation was adopted to treat the printing and dyeing wastewater of the company, the result showed that when the influent CODCr was 660 -690 mg/L, chroma 1 200 times, the effluent CODCr 70-90, chroma 28-35 times, the removal rate of CODCr was 86%-89%, removal rate of chroma 97%. Total power consumption of wastewater treatment system was 0.8 kW .h/t wastewater, total operation costs 2.2 yuan RMB/t wastewater, and had a better technical and economic target.
