摘要
针对某化工废水高盐分高浓度等特点,提出了一种基于蒸发浓缩资源回收的新颖处理技术.采用减压蒸发浓缩该有机废水,对浓缩液中的NaCl、对甲苯磺酸钠进行回收,回收后的浓缩液进行焚烧处理;蒸发冷凝水再经好氧生化处理达标排放.该技术可有效处理高盐分高浓度有机废水,经济合理,并可实现资源综合利用.
In accordance with the characteristics of high salinity and high organic contents of the waste water from a chemical plant, put forward is a new treatment technique based on evaporation and concentration followed by resource recycling. The organic waste water is concentrated by means of vacuum evaporation, and the sodium chloride and p-toluenesulphonate in the concentrate are recovered. The restored concentrate is subject to incineration while the condensated water is treated aerobically to be discharged up to the standard. The technique can both effectively and economically treat the organic waste water with high salimity and high concentration and bring about comprehensive utilization of resources.
