摘要
为完善现行标准方法《水质全盐量的测定重量法》(HJ/T 51–1999)中的质量控制与质量保证内容,推进全盐量标准物质的研制,利用氯化钠、氯化镁和氯化钙的混合标准溶液建立了全盐量测定的质量控制方法。确定取样体积为100 m L,经水系0.45μm滤膜过滤预处理,以陶瓷蒸发皿为容器,0.1~0.2 g无水碳酸钠为脱水剂,0.2~0.5 m L 30%过氧化氢溶液(1+1)为有机物去除剂,以重量法测定样品中的全盐量。该法测量范围为100~2 000mg/L,检出限为25 mg/L,代表性样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.9%~5.3%(n=6),加标回收率为90.7%~110%。该质量控制方法具有良好的适用性。
In order to improve the current standard method HJ/T 51-1999 Water Quality-Determination of Total Salt-Gravimetric Method related to the content of quality control and quality assurance, and promote the development of standard material for total salt content. The quality control method for total salt content determination was established with mixed standard solutions by sodium chloride, magnesium chloride and calcium chloride. The sampling volume was selected as 100 mL. The sample was filtered by the filter membrane of 0.45 μm. The ceramic evaporating dish was selected as the container, about 0.1 to 0.2 g anhydrous sodium carbonate was used as dehydrating agent,and 0.2 to 0.5 mL hydrogen peroxide solution(1+1) was defined as the organic removal agent, then the total salt content in the sample was determined by gravimetric method. The experimental results showed that the detection range of the method was between 100 and 2 000 mg/L, and the detection limit was 25 mg/L. In addition, quality control technical requirements were identified including that the relative standard deviation was from 3.9% to 5.3%(n=6) in representative samples, the recovery of the target compounds was from 90.7% to 110%. Therefore, the quality control method was excellent applicability through verification.
