摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对大连交通大学在校大学生体育课兴趣和体育课投入进行调查。结果显示:大学生体育课兴趣对体育课投入的影响成正相关关系的结论,特别是大学生体育课兴趣中内容、身体效果、人际关系、竞争四个维度对体育课的投入有显著影响。因此,要提高大学生体育课兴趣,在体育教学中应丰富教学内容,培养大学生对身体效果的追求,培养大学生之间的人际关系,培养大学生的竞争意识。
To investigate college students＇ interested in gym class effect on input of physical in Dalian Jiaotong University by using the methods of literature data, questionnaire and statistics. The resuh shows that there are positive correlations between students＇ interest of gym class and physical input, es pecially four factors of content, physical effect, human relationship and competitions which included in students＇ interest. Therefore, to enhance the students＇ gym class interest, teachers should be enrich the teaching content, training students to seek for exercise effect, understand interpersonal relationship and competitive sense.
