挂渣铸铁冷却壁水管形状优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用ABAQUS有限元软件,结合热态试验数据计算分析铸铁冷却壁冷却水管形状对冷却壁热表面渣皮厚度的影响.计算结果表明:冷却水管截面面积相同的情况下,当水管的短轴与长轴之比为0.2时,渣皮的厚度增加6.4%.综合考虑传热、冷却水阻力等因素,计算得出:把圆管做成面积相同的长短轴之比为0.45-0.55的椭圆管,不仅对铸铁冷却壁起到最好的保护效果,而且减少了水流量,这对于高炉的节能、降耗、长寿具有指导意义. Influence of the cooling pipe shape of the cast-iron cooling stave on the thickness of its hot surface slag skin was calculated and analyzed. Based on the thermal trial data, numerical simulation was re-alizecl by ABAQUS finite element software. The calculated results show that:in the case of the same cross-sectional area of the cooling pipes,when the ratio of the minor axis to the major axis of the water pipes is 0. 2, the thickness of the slag skin increased by 6.4%. Comprehensive considering the resistance of heat trans- fer, cooling water and other factors, the optimal strategy are abtained : the oval tube with the ratio of the minor axis to the major axis as 0.45 to 0.55, has the same cross-section area with a circular pipe, and not only plays a best protective effect for the cast-iron for blast furnace in energy conservation, drop cooling stave, but also reduces the water flow. These is benefit consumption, and longevity.
