摘要
针对斯太尔摩风冷线上因线圈搭接而导致线材通条冷却不均问题 ,对风冷线前部增加气雾冷却方式进行了实验室和工业实验 ,探讨其对线材组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,气雾冷却不仅可提高线材的强度 。
In wiew of non-uniform cooling for overlap zone of coil on the Stelmor cooling line,the spray cooling technique is applied.The experiment result shows that the strength of coil is increased and the non-uniform cooling of coil is improved.
