摘要
不同种类的线材对吐丝温度的要求不同,文中针对某线材生产线的工艺特点,利用了有限元分析软件分析了主要因素对准6.5 mm的Q235线材吐丝温度的影响,为线材在轧后水冷控制过程提供理论依据。
Different types of wire require different temperature for silking. In this paper, for a wire rod production line process characteristics, a software of finite element analysis will be used to analyze a kind of wire which φ equals 6.5mm and material is Q235. Through the analysis, the main effect factors of temperature field will be simulated, in which theoretical basis could be provided for wire water cooling.
