摘要
介绍SWRH82B盘条的化学成分,在生产中采取加Cr微合金化处理,控制夹杂物的大小、碳偏析以及优化斯太尔摩冷却工艺等措施来提高盘条质量。将鞍钢SWRH82B盘条生产工艺流程、斯太尔摩冷却线及设备参数与宝钢、武钢进行比较,并对盘条质量进行分析,得出结论:鞍钢、宝钢、武钢生产的SWRH82B盘条化学成分相当,大规格SWRH82B盘条都加Cr进行微合金化处理;鞍钢生产的SWRH82B盘条有较高的强度和塑性,与宝钢和武钢盘条相差不大;鞍钢生产的SWRH82B盘条虽然不经过VD处理,但氧含量及夹杂物水平也能够满足拉拔要求;鞍钢SWRH82B盘条与宝钢相比索氏体化率约低4%,珠光体片层间距约大0.05μm,其主要原因是鞍钢斯太尔摩线冷却能力比宝钢和武钢稍弱。
To introduce the chemical composition of SWRH82B wire rod. Measures such as microalloying with Cr element, controlling the sizes of inc.lusions,earbon segregation and optimizing the Stelmor process in production were adopted to improve wire rod quality. The production flow of Angang steel SWRH82B wire rod, Stelmor cooling line and equipment parameters were compared with that of Baosteel, Wusteel. And wire rod quality was analyzed. The conclusions are: the chemical composition of SWRH82B wire rod produced in Angang steel, Baosteel and Wusteel are almost the same, large specifications SWRH82B wire rod are mieroalloyed with Cr element. SWRH82B wire rod produced in Angang steel has good strength and ductility, It is almost the same as good as that of Baosteel and Wusteel. The oxygen content and inclusion level of SWRH82B wire rod produced in Angang steel can reach the requirements of drawing even though there is no VD treatment process. The content of sorbite in SWRH82B wire rod produced in Angang steel is about 4 percent lower than that of Baosteel, the lamellar spacing of pearlite is about 0.05 μm bigger than that of Baosteel. The fact that the cooling ability of Angang steel Stelmor cooling line is poorer than that of Baosteel and Wusteel is main reason.
