摘要
伴随着中国高等教育的扩招、大学城的规模建设,高校建设中存在的资源浪费、环境破坏等不低碳现象日趋严重。发展低碳经济,实现低碳生活,高校也应履行相应的责任与义务。以低碳经济的基本理念为立足点,深入阐述了低碳校园的内涵,在此基础上,对昆明呈贡大学城校园的师生日常行为、规划与建设、资源共享等方面的不低碳现象进行多角度、全方位剖析,进而从制度、技术、日常生活行为的层面对高校校园低碳建设途径提出建议。
With China＇ s expansion of high education and large scale of university city construction, there exists great wastes of resources and environment deterioration which has caused the ＂carbon＂ problem. For the development of low-carbon economy and practice of low-carbon life, colleges and universities should fulfill their responsi-bilities and obligations. Taking the basic concept of low-carbon economy as a foothold, the paper has probed into the details of the connotation of low carbon campus, on this basis, the daily behavior of the teachers and students on the campus of Kunming Chenggong University Town, the planning and construction of the campus, the resource sharing of the university, etc. are got muhi-angle and comprehensive analysis, and thus the recommendations are put forward to promote the construction of low-carbon campus from the aspects of institution, technology and the activities of daily living level.
