行距对老芒麦光合性能及种子产量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在30cm、45cm、60cm、75cm、90cm行距下,测定光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度等光合指标及产量相关指标,分析行距对光合作用及产量的影响,结果表明:光合速率随行距增大而增强,30cm行距时光合速率极显著低于其他行距;随着行距增加,胞间CO2浓度与光合速率变化趋势相反,蒸腾速率、气孔导度、蒸气压亏缺在75cm范围内与光合速率变化趋势一致。光合速率因与营养枝和总分蘖呈显著负相关而与草产量呈显著负相关,因与每生殖枝小花数和种子数呈显著正相关而与表现种子产量和实际种子产量呈显著正相关。适当行距条件下适时灌水改变蒸腾速率来促进光合速率的增加,可提高种子产量。 In this study, with Elymus sibiricus L. being experimental material, a randomized block design was utilized with five row gradients (30cm, 45cm, 60cm, 75cm, 90cm) . In the third year, the photosynthetic parameters (photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, etc.) and production index were measured and analyzed. The results showed that: with the increasing of row space, the photosynthetic rate was strengthened. The photosynthetic rate in the row space of 30cm was highly significant lower than that of other row space. When row space increased, the trend of intercellular CO2 concentration and photosynthetic rate was reverse. Yet when row space was lower than 75cm, the transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and vapor pressure deficit was consistent with the photosynthetic rate. The photosynthetic rate was significantly negatively correlated with grass production because of the significantly negative correlation between the photosynthetic rate and the vegetative branches and total tiller. But the photosynthetic rate was significantly positively correlated with seed yield because of the significantly positively correlation between the photosynthetic rate and seeds and florets per fertile tiller. Therefore, under the appropriate row space condition, irrigating timely, because of changing transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate, would increase seed production.
