摘要
以龙胆种子为实验材料,采用培养皿纱布法研究盐分胁迫对粗糙龙胆种子萌发期间初生、次生代谢产物含量的影响。结果表明,龙胆种子可轻度耐盐,丙酮酸与龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苷的含量呈显著负相关关系,当盐分浓度达到54mmol/L时,不利于龙胆种子中次生代谢产物龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苷的成分积累。
It was used petri dish gauze germination method to study the salt stress on the contents of primary and sceondary metabolites during seed germination of Gentiana scabra.The results showed that the Gentian scabra seeds were slightly salt-tolerant.It was negatively correlated with Pyruvate,gentiopicrin and tartarin.When the salt concentration reached 54 mmol/L,it was not conducive to secondary metabolites such as gentiopicroside and tartarin in gentian seeds.
