摘要
在讨论了高等职业院校实训基地管理所面临问题的基础上,提出借鉴企业可视化管理的经验,建立新的实训基地管理模式,并据此制定出具体的解决方案。通过方案的实施,总结了相关经验,并提出长期努力的方向。
This article discusses the problems of the higher vocational colleges＇ training base management, and puts forward the new training base management mode by using the visual management＇ s experience from enterprises, and makes out new and different solutions. Finally by summarizing what has been done, this article proposes the direction in which our work will be started.
