摘要
高等职业教育是为社会提供满足工作岗位一般需求和特殊需求,并且有一定操作能力、理论基础、基本素质的专门职业高级人才,它更加强调能力培养。而实训教学是高职院校将理论与实践相结合,培养学生能力的重要环节。目前,我国高职实训教学中还存在管理思想不先进、目标不清晰、教学方法缺乏等诸多问题,与我国高职实训课教学改革的要求还有一定差距,需要不断研究和改进。为进一步探索高职实践课程的教学改革,本文围绕"提高综合职业能力"这一中心,从我国高职实训教学存在的问题出发,研究探索高职实践教学的新方式,构建科学的教学模块,进行对策研究。
Higher vocational education is to nurture high-quality talents who can apply and use technology. Practical teaching is one of the most important teaching forms in vocational college and the siglaifieant link connecting higher vocational college and the social posts,thus practical teaching occupying very important status in the whole higher vocational teaching system. But,at present,the teaching in the practical classes of higher vocational college is still weak with unsatisfying teaching results and quite lots of problems, which cannot comply with the requirements of the reform in the teaching of practical classos,therefore,in order to further explore the teaching reform of the practical classes of higher vocational college,the essay upgrade the goal of practical teaching into the training for comprehensive professional ability, study and explore the new ways of practical teaching in higher vocational college, constitute the scientific teaching module and conduct countermeasures study, surrounding the focus of uplifting the comprehensive professional ability and starting from the problems existing in the practical teaching in higher vocational college.
