摘要
结合传统的全桥逆变和双Buck半桥逆变器,研究了一种双Buck全桥逆变器,分析了其工作原理及控制策略。该逆变器采用滞环电流控制方式,使其处于电流半周期工作,不仅具有双Buck逆变器无桥臂直通、无开关器件体二极管反向恢复、可靠性高等特点,也克服了其输入直流电压利用率低的缺点,仿真与实验结果验证了其正确性与可靠性。
Combined with traditional full-bridge inverters and double Buck half-bridge inverters, this paper developed a kind of dou- ble Buck full-bridge, analyzing its working principle and control strategy. The inverter adopted hysteretic current control method, mak- ing it in current half-cycle working state. The inverter is in possession of double Buck inverter without bridge arm direct through, diode reverse recovering without switching, high reliability etc features, in addition, overcomes its shortages of low utilization rate of input DC voltages. The simulation and experimental results have verified its correctness and reliability.
