摘要
静止变流器是飞机电源系统的核心组成部分,它不仅直接关系到飞机的飞行安全,同时也是决定航空电源系统技术水平的主要因素之一。文中主要对静止变流器的实现方法进行了研究,提出一种双Buck逆变器拓扑结构。该方法采用一种单相双降压式电路拓扑,不存在桥臂直通,开关管体二极管不参与工作,不存在体二极管反向恢复损耗大的问题,效率高、可靠性高。通过仿真实验验证了提出的静止变流器拓扑结构的特性。
Static Inverter is a key component of aircraft electrical power system(EPS).It is not only associated with the flight safety,but also a key element which affects the technology level of aircraft EPS.This paper focuses on the research on the realization methodology of the static inverter,and presents a double Buck inverter topology for the static inverter.A single phase double Buck circuit topology is used,which can eliminate the short circuit in one side of bridge.The diode attached to the switching device will not be involved in the operation.Therefore,there will be no large power loss of the switching device.The efficiency and reliability of the static inverter will be higher.The presented topology for the static inverter has been verified by simulation results
