摘要
分析了半桥逆变器、双Buck逆变器、三电平逆变器等具有直流侧分压电容拓扑结构的共性缺点,在高升压比直流变换器的基础上提出一种升压型双输出直流变换器。给出了该拓扑的均压控制策略,通过实验验证了控制策略的有效性。所提出的拓扑与双Buck逆变器以及三电平半桥逆变器构成新型升压逆变器,解决了分压电容结构的中性点漂移问题。搭建样机对两种新型升压逆变器进行了验证,其结果证明了拓扑的正确性。
Half bridge inverter, double Buck inverter and three-level half bridge inverter have voltage dividing capaci- tor.The common weakness of Those inverters is studied, and a new Boost dual output DC/DC converter based on a high Boost DC/DC topology is proposed.Even voltage control theory is designed for the new converter, and verified by the experiment.Two new Boost inverters which combine the proposed topology with double Buck inverter and threelevel inverter solve the neutral point drafting problem.A prototype is built, and the experimental results prove the correctness of the proposed DC/DC converter.
