摘要
综述了国内外社区护理发展现状,总结了我国社区护理服务存在的问题,进而探讨社区护理模式,分析我国社区护理服务模式研究的必要性。根据我国社区卫生服务发展情况,提出基于家庭医生团队的社区护理服务模式,并进行可行性分析。
Based on the review of the present situation of community nursing development, we summarized the existing prob- lems in the community nursing service, discussed the community nursing model, and then explored the necessity of study on the community nursing service mode. Given the development situation of community health service in China, we put forward a community nursing service mode based on family-doctor teams and conducted a feasibility analysis.
