大孔树脂对黑胡萝卜花色苷纯化工艺的研究 被引量:8

摘要 研究了大孔树脂纯化黑胡萝卜花色苷的工艺条件。结果表明:03C6型大孔树脂是纯化黑胡萝卜花色苷较适合的树脂类型;其最佳的吸附条件为:黑胡萝卜花色苷溶液浓度为0.254,pH 2.0,体积为树脂的40倍,吸附时间4h,吸附温度40℃。在此条件下,03C6型大孔树脂对花色苷的吸附率可以高达94%;解析时,宜选用pH 2.0的60%乙醇溶液。纯化后黑胡萝卜花色苷的色价为56.7,是纯化前的7.3倍。 The adsorption and desorption effects of macroporous resins on anthocyanins from black car- rot are investigated. Results show that 03C6 is a kind of preferable macroporous resin for purifying black tions : carrot anthocyanin the absorbency of s. The purified anthocyanins could be obtained under the following condi- black carrot anthocyanins: solution concentration is 0. 254, pH value is 2.0, solution volume is 40 folds of resins, adsorpti adsorption desorption rate of re effect on sin is 94%. In addition, on time is 4 hours, 60% of ethanol sol anthocyanins by 03C6 resin. Color value of adsorption temperature is 40℃, the ution with pH 2 could provide better purified anthocyanins is 56.7, which is 7.3 folds higher than the color value of anthocyanins before purification.
