对弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤分型进展及预后的研究

摘要 该文通过对DLBCL的分类、免疫分型等研究进展的总结,增强对该疾病的认识。依据WHO造血与淋巴组织肿瘤分类,同时从形态学与临床上的一些特征可以对其(DLBCL)分类显著的异质性。通过临床观察发现对于不同(DLBCL)患者,化疗的效果与反应有很大的差别,在不断的研究分析中揭示DLBCL的基因表达微阵列所显示的肿瘤异质性。该文通过对DLBCL的分类、免疫分型等研究进展的总结,增强对该疾病的认识。
