摘要
本文对我院1962—1987年间504例卵巢肿瘤进行分析,按组织发生学的特征分为五大类,其中原发性肿瘤占97.2％,转移瘤占2.8％,良性瘤391例,占77.6％;恶性瘤96例,占19％;交界性肿瘤17例,占3.4％。并讨论了对某些肿瘤诊断的体会。
This paper is a retrospective summary of ovarian neoplasms. The ovarian tumors 504 cases were examined from 1962 to 1987. According to histogenetical feature 5 categories were established. t97.2%o were primary tumors, and 2.8% were metastatic tumors. Benign tumors numbered 391 accounting for 77.6%, there were 96 cases of malignant tumors accounting for 3.4% The experience where by we learned to diagnose some ovarian tumors was simply discussed.
