摘要
以改革开放30年以来我国体育类核心期刊所刊载的50篇关于教练员职业培训培养的文章为对象进行内容分析.结合文化历史背景采用内容分析法、文献资料法、数理统计法、对比分析法对我国教练员培训培养研究的状况进行调查,对以往的研究进行整体的梳理.通过分析能够了解和把握我国教练员培训培养研究的状况.通过对量化指标的分析可以全面了解我国教练员培训培养研究的现状,深刻反思我国教练员培训培养研究的问题和不足,对我国教练员培训培养的工作提供理论支持.
This paper targets to analyze 50 articles published in sports core journals since the reform and opening-up 30 years on the background of vocational training coaches.This paper comes to some conclusions by the content analysis,literature,mathematics and statistics,comparative analysis etc,Combining historical and cultural background to investigate the status of coaches training and cultivation of China,Carding from the past articles overall,we can learn and grasp the status of coaches training of China.
