摘要
在文献研究和针对11家企业的40位中层管理人员的深度访谈的基础上,编制企业中层管理者组织认同初试问卷,用227份有效问卷进行探索性因素分析,探索企业中层管理者组织认同的结构维度并对测量条目进行筛选优化;用优化后的问卷施测获得的106份有效问卷进行验证性因素分析,对结构维度和问卷的测量条目进一步优化调整。最终获得包含情感归属、人际关系、事业发展和价值融合四维度12个条目的企业中层管理者组织认同测量量表;验证性因素分析结果显示,4因素模型各项参数达到可接受的水平;量表的内部一致性信度α值为0.926。该量表具有较好的信度、效度,可用于企业中层管理者组织认同的测量工具。
The first test questionnaire about organizational identification of the corporate middle-level managers is developed on the basis of the literature study and depth interview for 11 enterprise's 40 middle-level management personnel.227 valid questionnaires are used to an exploratory factor analysis to explore the structural dimension of corporate middle-level managers' organizational identification and select the better measurement items;106 valid questionnaires are obtained from optimized questionnaire,which help us to carry out confirmatory factor analysis,and then we make further adjustment between the measurement of structural dimensions and questionnaire items.Ultimately we get the measurement scale of organizational identification for the corporate middle-level managers which contains the emotional attribution,interpersonal relationships,career development and the value of integration of four dimensions of 12 items;confirmatory factor analysis showed that all of the parameters in the four-factor model attained an acceptable level.The value of α which means the internal consistency reliability of the scale is 0.926.The scale has better reliability and validity,so it can be used for the measurement for corporate middle-level managers' organizational identification.
