摘要 目的研究预应力碳纤维板平板锚具锚固性能、应力损失、钢板厚度及法向预紧力对锚固性能的影响.方法 8次对2种不同类型的共计21幅碳纤维板平板锚具设计,并进行施加预应力、锚具锚固性能试验.结果 21幅锚具试件施加的法向预紧力为375~935 kN;施加的最大拉力为95.47~203.19 kN,碳纤维板滑移量为0.694~3.591 mm;碳纤维板应变损失率为2.5%~11.6%.结论撕开包裹碳纤维板的外面一层碳纤维布,可以提供185 kN以上的锚固能力,达到碳纤维板撕裂拉断的锚固效果.锚板厚度建议采用12~16 mm的钢板,锚具的法向预紧力在600~800 kN时锚固效果最佳,由于锚具的变形及碳纤维板的回缩引起的应力损失建议取为张拉控制应力的6.3%. The paper aims to study the anchoring capacities, stress loss, plate thickness and normal preload anchorage performance of the plate anchorage for prestressed CFRP Plates by 8 times of anchorage design, prestressing, the anchor experiment to 2 kind of different type and total 21 plate anchorage. The experimental results show that 21 anchorage test sample infliction normal preload force is 375 - 935 kN,The Maximum tension is 95.47 - 203.19 kN, CFRP Plates slip is 0. 694- 3. 591 mm, CFRP Plates strain loss rate is 2.5%-11.6%. While wrapped carbon fiber cloth outside,more than 185 kN anchoring ability was provided. It reached the effect to make carbon fiber breaking. Between 12 mm -16 mm of the anchor plate thickness is recommended, the anchor effect was best, when the normal preload was between 600 - 800 kN. Stress loss due to deformation and back of anchorage was suggested to take 6. 3% of tensioned control stress.
