摘要
针对已有研究成果中试件尺寸偏小的不足,对3根预应力碳纤维板加固的大尺寸T形受弯构件实施静力破坏试验,并比较预应力加固与传统加固两种加固方式的技术效果,考察预应力技术对碳纤维加固效率的影响,分析采用预应力碳纤维加固对构件截面性能的影响,在此基础上推导及提出预应力碳纤维加固受弯构件的界限补强率以及极限承载力的计算公式。试验结果表明:预应力碳纤维加固可显著地提高受弯构件的承载能力,有效增大碳纤维材料的强度利用效率,改善构件的正截面应力分布,从而使构件具有较传统加固技术更优越的受力性能。
Aimed at the shortcoming of the improper size of specimens used in previous researches, the static test of 3 large size T-beams strengthened with prestressed and non-prestressed CFRP plates were conducted. Behaviors of T-beams strengthened by the two strengthening techniques were compared to find out the effect of prestressing technique on reinforcement result. Furthermore, the influence of prestressing on strength rate of CFRP was study, and the contribution of prestressed CFRP plate on T-beam behavior was investigated. It was indicated by the experimental results that prestressed CFRP plates could significantly increase the load-bearing capacity of flexural members, and improve the stress distribution along the section. Moreover, the strength rate of carbon fiber material would be given full play through prestressing, therefore the beams strengthened with the prestressed CFRP plates had a better load-bearing performance than those with the non-prestressed CFRP plates. Based on the experiment result,the formulas of balanced reinforcement ratio and uhimate load were derived and present. Strengthening old bridge by using prestressed carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) could redeem deficiency of tradition technique with non-prestressing CFRP, and have become significant research area of CFRP strengthening technique currently.
