预应力碳纤维布加固混凝土梁预应力损失试验研究 被引量:50

摘要 预应力碳纤维布加固混凝土结构技术是一种加固效果明显、应用前景广阔的加固技术,在这项技术中预应力损失是一个至关重要的问题。根据试验中所使用的张拉设备以及施工工艺,对张拉过程中装置变形造成的损失、粘贴碳纤维布过程中的损失、放张碳纤维布时的损失、材料特性造成的长期损失的产生机理进行了分析。试验中重点对2组试件共7根混凝土梁碳纤维布放张后的预应力损失做了深入研究,并提出了放张后预应力损失计算公式。还提出了有效预应力的计算公式及减少预应力损失的一些措施。 The technique of concrete structure strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheet is an effective technique with a bright future. Prestress loss is an important problem in this technique. It is analyzed the production mechanism of long loss because of deformation of drawing machine, pasting CFRP sheet, releasing CFRP sheet, and the material's property. In the experiment the prestress loss of releasing CFRP sheet is discussed in detail, relevant factors including prestressed degree, anchorage treatments, and layere of CFRP sheets are analyzed. Finally it is also given the equation of calculating effective prestress and some advice of decreasing the prestress loss.
