摘要
以四川乐山地区怒江红山茶等30个茶花种和品种为材料,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)方法检测了其过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶,为茶花品种分类提供依据.共电泳出13条酶带,其中,e2、e3、e4为3条基本酶带,其余酶带各种茶花间有差异,有3种茶花具有特异酶带.POD同工酶可作为茶花分类的依据之一,但茶花POD同工酶酶谱特征与花型花色等园艺学分类特征不完全一致,环境条件也影响到酶谱表达.所以形态特征相似的茶花品种和种必需结合其他方法才能作出准确鉴定.
30 camellia varieties inclouding camellia saluenensis stapf were collected in Leshan region of Sichuan province as experimental materials and their peroxidase (POD) isoenzyme was detected by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) to provide the basis for the classification of camellia varieties. Finally, 13 bands are obtained altogether, in which three bands, i.e. e2, e3 and e4, form the basic isozyme zymograms of the varieties and other enzyme bands are different among the 30 camellia varieties. Three kinds of camellia have special enzyme bands. These can provide one of the bases for the camellia classification. However, the characteristics of POD isoenzyme and the flower type and color and other horticulture characteristics of camellia are not fully consistent. Environmental conditions also affect the enzyme expression. So it is very necessary to combine with other methods in order to accurately identify similar cuhivars and species of camellia.
