摘要
采用ISSR技术对黑龙江省西部地区葡萄的 9个品种进行亲缘关系的研究 ,用 7个引物共扩增 86个位点 ,其中 5 4个位点为多态性位点 ,多态性百分率为 62 .8% .对 9个供试材料间遗传关系进行聚类分析 ,结果表明 :ISSR能检测遗传多态性 ,如L =0 .63供试材料可分出欧亚种和美洲种 .
By means of ISSR,genetic relation of 9 grapes were analyzed in the western of the Heilongjiang.Nine DNA samples were amplified with 7 primers,and 86 polymorphic bands were obtain,including 54 different bands,the percentage of polymorphic bands was 62.8%.The genetic similarity coefficient of 9 samples was classified.It suggested that ISSR could examine heredity polymorphism.When L was 0.63,the moterial was divided into Eurasian Vavtety and American Variety.
