摘要
YL1200C催化烟机因转子叶片断裂引起烟机振动异常,导致ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti材质机壳法兰出现2条220mm(长)×150 mm(深)对称的裂缝,裂缝特征为脆性断裂。现场首次采用德国特殊焊条+仿激光焊+氩气和二氧化碳保护气焊接的冷焊修复技术在短时间内将裂缝修复,通过过程加热温度控制,修复后烟机壳体法兰面端面变形最大公差为-0.40 mm,径向变形最大公差为-0.21 mm,完全达到变形量控制在0.5 mm以内的质量验收标准。机组运行7个多月后因结垢引起振动大而停机检修,检验冷焊修补处,没发现裂纹等异常,证明冷焊修复效果良好。本次修复省时省费用,同时满足生产需要。
The Abnormal vibration was produced in FCC unit because of rotor blade fracture of YL1000C FCCU flue gas expander, resuhing in two 220 mm (long) × 150 mm(deep) cracks in symmetrical position in ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti casing flange which were characterized as brittle fracture. Here described is the first application of cold welding technology using German special electrode + imitation laser welding + argon and carbon dioxide gas protection welding to repair the cracks in FCCU flue gas expander in a short period of time. The maximum tolerance of shell flange deformation was - 0.40 mm and maximum radial deformation tolerance was - 0.21 mm after restoration, which met 0.5 mm specifications in quality control and acceptance. In the shut- down for maintenance because of vibration caused by fouling after 7 months' operation of the flue gas expander train, no cracks had been found, which proves the good performance of cold welding. The cold welding repair, which is saved in time and costs, can meet requirements of production and is recommended for application.
