摘要
在备有拉伸装置的扫描电镜下,对用泡沫陶瓷过滤器前后的ZG10Cr18Ni9Ti试样进行拉伸试验,并对其断裂微观过程进行动态观察。结果表明:裂纹总是优先在夹杂物中、夹杂物与金属基体界面上成核,并沿晶界传播、钝化、扩展。最后沿切变方向彼此连接导致撕裂。过滤前后材料中央杂物数量、尺寸不同,断裂结果也不同;过滤后材料中的夹杂物较为细小、弥散,表现出较好的塑性和韧性。断口韧窝细小而深且呈弥散分布。
Abstract
The dynamic microprocess of stainless steel test samples unfiltered and filtered with cellular ceramic filters was observed by using the tensile testing on SEM. The results have shown that the crack is preferentially nucleated at the interface of the inclusion/matrix or on the inclusions theirself. The cracks were formed at the interface,propagated,passivated and widened along grain boundary in the steel matrix. As the applied stress became greater and greater, other cracks nearby appear to coalescence along the shear direction of the steel with the result of total faiture. The result also has indicated that the fracture shape are different because of the different number and dimension of the inclusions between the filtered and unfiltered samples. The filtered samples possess small and disperse inclusions,resulting in better, plasticity and roughness and their fracture sockets are deeper and more disperse.
