摘要
冷却套筒后部法兰是燃烧器的重要组成部件,焊后尺寸精度要求极高,其母材为镍基耐热钢高温合金(Hastelloy X),由上下弧板及椎板组成,上下弧板与椎板角度分别成30°、150°,镍基耐热钢高温合金焊接变形的控制远远高于普通耐热钢。焊后角度尺寸精度很难保证,对后续装配带来很大困难,对该种结构焊接进行深入变形控制研究有一定的应用价值。从焊接变形的领域,介绍了焊接夹具的设计,制定了合理的焊接工艺,对公司以后批量生产G50燃烧器提供了技术支撑。
The cooling sleeve flange is an important part of the burner,after welding,precision high,the base material is nickel base high temperature alloy steel( Hastelloy X),composed of upper and lower arc plate and plate,upper and lower arc plate and the plate angle of 30°and 150° respectively,nickel base high temperature alloy steel control of welding deformation is much higher than ordinary steel. It is difficult to ensure the size precision of angle after welding,has caused great difficulties to the subsequent assembly,in- depth deformation control measures have a certain application value for the kinds of welding structure. This article from the welding deformation field,and introduces the design of welding fixture,the reasonable welding process is established,to provide technical support for the company after the mass production of G50 burner.
