摘要
运用DEA-Tobit两步法,以江苏省10个主要制造行业为样本,对江苏省产学研合作创新效率的影响因素进行了实证分析。实证结果表明:在所选行业中有一半产学研合作是相对有效的;R&D人才投入力度、技术资金内部投入力度、产学研合作各方关系紧密程度和政府支持力度四个因素对产学研合作创新效率都具有显著促进作用。最后,根据分析结果,提出了提高江苏省产学研合作创新效率的三点建议。
By applying Data envelopment analysis（DEA）-Tobit two-step method and taking the manufacturing industry of Jiangsu province for example,empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the enterprise-university-research institute cooperation innovation efficiency of Jiangsu Province was made.Research showed that in the chosen industries,half of the enterprise-university-research institute cooperation is relatively effective;besides,four factors,respectively the RD talent input effort,the internal technology and capital input effort,the relationship among all parties of enterprise-university-research institute cooperation and the government support effort have significant effects on enterprise-university-research institute cooperation innovation efficiency.At last,three suggestions were given to improve the enterprise-university-research institute cooperation innovation efficiency of Jiangsu province according to the findings of analysis.
