摘要
坚持把改革开放和科技创新作为根本动力,更好更快地促进各地区的经济发展,活力之源在于改革开放,根本出路在于科技创新.科学技术是提升综合竞争力的决定性因素.要深入实施"十一五"科技发展规划,加快建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系.改革开放以来,中央要求各地要充分发挥区域优势,加快各地区经济发展,促进区域经济.在这一号召下,各地纷纷推出因地制宜的区域发展战略,以促进各区域经济加快发展,其中很重要的一点就是密切高等教育同地区经济的联系.本文从我国经济体制和经济增长方式的转变,科教兴国战略的实施,以及利益关系的处理等方面对高校产学研合作对地区经济的促进作了论述.
