摘要
应用超声多普勒对存在非线性因素的 17名主动脉瓣关闭不全患者的升主动脉、主动脉弓以及腹主动脉进行分段逐点测试血流速度波 ,并与年龄相匹配的 15名健康受试者为对照进行前瞻性研究 ,以探讨人体动脉系统中血流波形畸变的规律及激波的存在。结果表明 :患者组主动脉各段均测及 2~ 3处突然出现的畸变血流速度波形 ,畸变波高尖陡峭 ,其峰值流速PFV169~ 2 53cm/s ,畸变波在血管内的传播符合非线性条件下激波的传播特点。患者组主动脉流速波形的其它指标与正常对照组比较均存在明显变异 (P <0 .0 1)。
Pulsed Doppler echocardiograph was used to test separately blood flow velocity wave of ascending aorta arcus, aorta and abdominal aorta in of 17 patients with aortic insufficiency with nonliner factor (strong harassment) and results compared with those of 15 normal subjects of the same ages. The purpose was to disclose the regulation of blood flow waveform distortion in arterial system and the existance of shock wave. The results showed that 2 to 3 sites of blood flow waveform distortion appeared unexpectedly were found at different parts of aorta in the patients group with sharp wave distortion and peak flow velocity (PFV) of 169~253 cm/s. The wave distortion propagation inside the blood vessel appeared to have certain regulation which was in accords with characteristics of “shock wave”. The other data of aorta blood wave distortion of the patients group were significantly aifferent as commpared with these of the normal group P<0.01) .
