摘要
本文通过动物实验,分析探讨了高能创伤所致大血管内流体动力学的非线性变化。实验结果表明:致伤过程中大血管内血流压力的剧烈变化是明显的,并可传播至相当的距离;其血流流体动力学的非线性变化及其传播可能是引起远隔部位脏器点片状出血性损伤的主要原因之一。
The paper analysed and discussed nonlinear changes and propagation of blood flow dynamics induced in animals by high energy wound of large blood vessel. The results showed that a sharp increase of blood fluid pressure was preseat in thoracic and abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava and propagated to a fair distance in the vessel, which might be the principal factor responsible for the small spotty and flat hemorrhages of organs at distant sites as the result of drastic fluid dynamics changes of blood fluid on aorta.
