摘要
通过模拟实验和动物实验,分析探讨了创伤所致主管路模拟血管、主动脉大血管内流体动力学的非线性变化及其传播特点.实验结果表明:主动脉血管内血流压力的剧烈变化是明显的,并可传播至相当的距离;其血流流体动力学的非线性变化及其传播、以及对管壁的应力应变作用可能是引起远隔部位脏器点片状出血性损伤的主要原因之一.
The paper analysed and discussed the flow-dynamics and nonlinear changes and its propagation of blood-fluid,which induced by wound in the stimulated aorta and aorta.The results showed:it is evident that the sharp increase of the blood-fluid pressure in thoracaorta and abdominoaorta,and it can propagate fair distance in the vascular system;it may be the principal factor responsible for the small spotty and flat hemorrhages of organs at distant sites that the drastic fluid-dynamics changes of blood-fluid as well as the stress-strain acting on aorta.
