摘要
职业教育大致可分为企业教育和学校教育两部分。从历史上看,职业教育源于企业教育。工业革命后,职业教育转由学校实施,虽顺应了时代的发展潮流,却违背了职业教育的本质要求;校企合作以能弥补学校教育的先天缺陷而为人们所重视,但其实践效果又不尽如人意。未来,企业教育的功能将得到恢复和彰显,并在知识层面与学校教育深度融合,共同促进职业教育的健康发展。
Vocational education can be divided into corporate education and school education.Historically,vocational education originated from corporate education.After industrial revolution,vocational education was implemented by school,which met the needs of industrial economy era,but betrayed its natural demands.As a result,the implement of vocational education returned to the corporation.In the process,the school-corporation partnership was chosen because it could make up the defects of school education.However,it would not last long because it could not practice effectively and was difficult to be expounded and proved by theory.In the future,the functions of corporate education will be resumed and show its advantage,and it will be deeply integrated with school education in the view of knowledge,which promote vocational education to develop more healthy.
