MBA企业社会责任教育的现状及优化对策--基于对MBA学员的问卷调查分析 被引量：9

摘要 MBA教育定位于培养未来的企业家与职业经理人,加强对MBA学员的企业社会责任教育,是我国企业社会责任建设的重要途径。问卷调查结果表明,我国MBA学员对企业社会责任的理解较为片面和肤浅,而对在MBA培养过程中加强企业社会责任教育总体上表示支持。各MBA培养院校应在全国MBA教育指导委员会的引导和推动下,积极通过开展入学定位教育、独立开设专门的企业社会责任课程、在相关课程的教学过程中积极倡导企业社会责任意识等措施,进一步加强对MBA学员的企业社会责任教育。
