摘要 以灵芝为试材,利用Matlab软件对辣椒粉固态培灵芝菌丝体的培养基进行了优化研究,并采用Plackett-Burman法设计了培养基7个因素影响试验。结果表明:影响灵芝菌丝体生长的因素为大豆粉、大米粉和水;单因子试验确定了培养基中最佳的组成为大豆粉6%、大米粉4%、水100%。在此优化的条件下灵芝多糖的产量达144.7mg/g。 With Ganoderma lucidum as test material, Matlab, a kind of scientific computing software, was used to optimize the medium for Ganoderma iucidum mycelium cultured with chili powder. PIaekett-Burman method was used to design seven two-level factors experiments. The results showed that the significant factors were soybean flour, rice flour and water. In the end, single factor experiments determined the optimal compositions of culture medium were soybean powder 6 %,rice 4% and water 100%. Under the optimal conditions Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide yield reached up to 144, 7 g/L.
