摘要 本试验用乳酸杆菌对基础饲料进行固态发酵,分析含水率对发酵饲料pH、乳酸含量、干物质回收率及乳酸杆菌数量变化的影响。试验设A、B、C、D和E共5个处理,含水率分别为25%、30%、35%、40%和45%,每个处理3个重复。结果表明:D组pH降低最快,乳酸杆菌数量最高;c组乳酸含量最高;干物质回收率与水分含量呈负相关。综合考虑,发酵饲料最适含水率为35%~40%。 The trial was conducted to investigate the effect of moisture content on pH ,lactic acid content,the number of lactobacillus and dry matter recovery (DMR)in lactobacillus solid-state fermentation feed.There were five groups in the test,group A, B,C, D and E,each group included 3 replications.The moisture content of these treatments were 25%, 30%, 35%,40% and 45% ,respectively.The results showed that:the pH reduced most fast in group D with the largest number of lactobacillus;group C had the highest content of lactic acid;there was a negative correlation between DMR and moisture content;the optimum moisture content of fermentation feed was 35% - 40%.
