摘要
使用含水率68.3%的象草作为青贮原料,在制作过程中进行4种处理,分别为添加0.2%绿汁发酵液、0.0001%纤维素酶、0.2%绿汁发酵液+0.0001%纤维素酶及对照4个处理。常温下贮存50d开封,测定青贮的发酵品质。结果表明,单独添加绿汁发酵液和添加绿汁发酵液与纤维素酶的复合物,均可降低青贮的pH和氨态氮,提高了干物质回收率和粗蛋白含量(P<0.01,P<0.05)。有利于提高青贮品质。
napier grass with 68.3% moisture content was silaged. Napier grass silage was divided into control group, trial 1, trial 2 and trial 3. Trial 1 was added 0.2% fermented green juice, trial 2 was added 0.0001% cellulase,trial 3 was added 0.2% fermented green juice + 0.0001% cellulose. Ensilaged for 50 days at normal temperature, the fermentation quality of silages were measured. The results showed that the addition of fermented green juice and fermented green juice + cellulose could decrease the pH and the content of volatile base nitrogen, and could increase the dry matter recovery rate and the content of crude protein(P〈0.01, P〈0.05). The fermentation quality of silages was improved.
