摘要
以低水分虉草(DM:525.44g·kg-1)为研究对象,探讨青宝Ⅱ号(FS)、乳酸菌制剂Ⅰ(LABⅠ)、乳酸菌制剂Ⅱ(LABⅡ)、丙酸(PAT)、甲酸钠(SF)等6种添加剂对川西北虉草青贮品质的影响。结果表明:各添加剂均能够显著降低pH值(P<0.05);除PAT处理外,乳酸含量和乙酸含量显著增加(P<0.05);除SF处理外,其他各添加剂处理的氨态氮与总氮比值显著降低(P<0.05);各添加剂处理均能够提高虉草青贮饲料可溶性碳水化合物含量和粗蛋白含量,降低中、酸性洗涤纤维含量。各添加剂均能够改善虉草青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养价值,其中以LABⅡ(0.033 g·kg-1FM)的青贮效果最好。
In this study, Phalaris arundinacea L. with low water content (DM: 525.44 g·kg-1) was obtained as ensilaging materials to determine the effects of different additives (FS: FAST-SILE; lactobacillus Ⅰ : LAB Ⅰ ; lactobacillns Ⅱ : LAB Ⅱ ; propinonic acid, PAT; sodium format, SF) on the quality of silage. The results showed: comparing with the control group, treatment with additives can decrease the pYl of silages significantly (P〈O.05) , the lactic acid content and acetic acid content of additive treatment increased significantly (P〈0.05) , except for PAT, and the value of ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen of additive treatment decreased significantly (P〈O.05) , except for SF; the soluble water carbohydrate content and crude protein content increased, while the neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber decreased. It can be concluded that the selected additives can improve the fermentation quality and nutrient of P. arundinacea L. silages, and the best additive was LAB Ⅱ (0.033 g· kg-1 FM) .
