摘要
目的:探讨将自体脂肪通过多层次移植填充的方法和术后效果。方法:采用肿胀吸脂术抽取皮下脂肪,将抽取的脂肪进行处理、提纯后超量注射于颞部多层次,分别是皮下层、颞浅筋膜下层及颞深筋膜下层,以达到充填颞部的目的。结果:56例患者进行颞部双侧充填,脂肪注射量为13～25mL。随访时间3～36个月,无破溃感染出血,脂肪液化囊肿等严重并发症,效果满意,作用持久。结论:自体脂肪颞部多层次移植填充是一种安全有效的方法,相比颞部充填膨体及硅胶,有明显优越性,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the methods and postoperative results of filling with autologous fat transplantation through muhi-level. Methods Using tumescent liposuction, the extracted subcutaneous fat was processed and purified ,then was injected excessly in multi-level temporal subcutaneous layer ,temporal the superficial and deep temporal fascia lower to fill temporal purposes. Results 56 patients filled with temporal bilateral , injections of fat 13 - 25 mL. Follow-up time of 3 ~ 36 months, no bleeding, ulceration infections, the liquefied fat cysts and other serious complications, the effect of satisfaction, and lasting. Conclusions The filling method of transplant from body fat to multi-level temporal is a safe and effective, compared to the temporal filling varicosities and silicone obvious superiority, worthy of promotion.
