摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者多伴有肥胖和胰岛素抵抗,有学者认为,OSAHS不单单是呼吸系统的疾病,更可能是系统性代谢紊乱的一种表现。脂联素是由脂肪细胞特异性合成和分泌的细胞因子,具有降低血糖、防止骨骼肌脂质堆积和拮抗TNF—α的作用。脂联素在OSAHS、肥胖和胰岛素抵抗三者交织而成的网络中所起的作用需要更深入的探讨。
Patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) often have obesity and insulin resistance. Some researches have indicated that OSAHS is not only a disease of respiration system but also a part of systemic metabolic disorder. Adiponectin, a kind of cytokine which specially compounded and secreted by adipocytes, has functions of declining glucose level and antagonizing the effects of TNF-α. Researches have suggested that adiponectin level is abnormal in patients with obesity and insulin resistance. The relationship of OSAHS and adiponectin is worth deep exploration in the future.
