摘要
本文提出了新时期提高高校图书馆馆员综合素质的意义和要求,同时提出了为更好地完成读者服务工作,图书馆员应树立以读者为中心的创新服务理念和开放的服务意识,从不同层面提高文化素质、业务素质等综合素质及读者服务质量,并简要介绍了西安电子科技大学图书馆为读者服务的工作实践。
This paper puts forward the meaning and requirements in new period to improve the comprehensive quali- ty of university librarians, brings forward that to better serve the readers, librarian should establish reader-centered innovative service concept and open service consciousness, improve cultural quality, professional quality and reader service quality ,then briefly introduces the library reader service work practice of Xi^n Electronic and Science Uni- versity.
