摘要
图书馆员的职业道德是为履行图书馆承担的职责而制定的行业自律规范。图书馆员既是管理人员又是忠心耿耿为读者服务的宣传员,只有强化馆员职业道德建设,培养职业情操,提高业务技能,才能更好的、全心全意的为读者服务,增强社会责任感,适应时代发展的需求。
Professional ethics of librarians is the industry self-regulate to fulfill the responsibilities in libraries.Librarians is managers and also propagandists serving the readers loyally,only to strengthen the professional ethics of librarian,train of professional character,improve business skills,then they can serve the readers better and dedicately,and enhance social responsibility,adapt to the times development needs.
